Thayne put one arm around her, holding her close. "I'd never really thought about my being different. I suppose I never really did fit in anywhere. But, here is good. I like it enough here to never want to leave." Thayne smiled kissed her softly on the forehead.

"I'm glad I got the chance to know you." she murmered softly into his shoulder,"Because your really sweet." she finished, smiling softly to herself,"And truly- I don't want to leave either." she replied with a soft, sensual sigh. She brought one hand to rest on his chest, the other on his knee. She felt comfortable there. Like nothing could ever break them apart.

Thayne smiled and looked into her eyes. "I don't want you to leave. I want you to be for me, just me." He murmured into her ear. Despite the fact that he's a Slytherin and oftentimes a jerk, Thayne was a gentleman. He knew how to treat a girl right and he expected the same thing in return. Cheating was something he would never dream of doing, he had too much class for that.

Evangeline smiled, nuzzling into his shoulder. She could feel his body heat radiating off of him, and it warmed her. Even though she wasn't exactly cold. It just made her feel warm and fuzzy. She sighed,"Then I'll never leave." she said with a small smile,"Then I'm yours. And only yours." she murmered back. She smiled to herself, closing her eyes. She felt as if the moment could just be frozen in time. It was to perfect.

Thayne wrapped both his arms around her, holding her close as he stroked her back. "Then, I'm all yours." Thayne whispered into her ear. Thayne had had girlfriends before, but they were never like this. Mostly they were just irritating and they made him do more than he should have allowed. "This is perfect. You're perfect." Thayne smiled, knowing that this was exactly what he wanted.

"Good." she replied softly. It felt nice to know that they were just for eachother, and nobody else could touch them. Well- they could but... It wouldn't be right. Evangeline definatly wouldn't cheat. She'd never done that before. At least not sober,"Perfect ?" she questioned, laughing lightly,"I'd say I'm the exact opposite." she replied,"But whatever you want to think." she said with a light giggle. She was of course joking. She placed a single peck upon his lips before settling back on his neck. She was about to say something when she heard foot steps behind them, which stopped rather close to where they sat.

"Evie ?!" came a rather harsh voice. The black haired girl looked up to see her rather tan twin brother,"Jasper..." she muttered,"Shit." she finished. Jasper crossed his arms over his chest glaring down at Thayne,"Who are you ?" he asked, anger seething down onto his words,"What are you two doing out here ?"

Thayne had opened his mouth to reply, when Jasper came barging into their space. Thayne looked up at him with a nonchalant expression on his face. He had no idea who the hell this boy was, but he seemed to know Evie. The first thought that popped into his mind was that this was her boyfriend and that she was playing him. He then noticed their similarities and decided that they must be related. "I'm Evangeline's boyfriend. And.. you are?" He looked up at Jasper, his eyes almost daring him to do something to break them apart. "I do believe we are out here just to be with each other and away from everyone else. Apparantly that didn't go over very well." The words flowed from Thayne's lips with a silkiness that few could achieve.

Evangeline looked down at her feet. The Gryffindoor male loosened the uncomfortable silken maroon and gold tie that sat tied around his neck,"Boyfriend?" he questioned not directly at Thayne but looked at Evangeline,"I'm Evangeline's twin brother." he replied,"Be with eachother ?" he questioned, still in disbelief,"B-but. Your a /Slytherin/!" he spat out the words as if they were poison. He glared at his sister,"Come on, Evie. Let's go." he muttered, turning to leave. But Evangeline simply stayed put. She was torn. It was her brother... But it was Thayne. She didn't want to leave Thayne. Jasper was always telling her what to do. Who she could date, who she should talk to, what parties she should go to. Evangeline shook her head,"No." she muttered,"Why don't you just go back to your common room and play with your friends ?" she hissed.

Thayne repositioned himself so he was between Jasper and Evie. He felt safer that way, like Jasper couldn't take her away. "Mm, nice to meet you than. I'm Thayne. Yes, I'm a Slytherin and I'm assuming you're a Gryffindor. Does it really matter though? She makes me happy, so it doesn't make a difference." Thayne wasn't sure he wanted to be the source of family distress, but he didn't want Evie to go. "You can go if you want." He murmured, so only Evie could hear him. Thayne was pretty sure that the boy's name was Jasper. He'd heard the name once or twice from Balthazar when they discussed Hogwarts with their father.

Evangeline reached for Thayne's hand, lacing her fingers through his. Jasper watched this and rolled his eyes,"Eves- you can't do this. And you know that." she muttered,"It's not right." he told her. She shook her head,"What's not right- is you telling me how to live." she said shaking her head,"Who I choose to love is my buisness, Jasper." she told him firmly,"So- just go." she commanded. It was her turn to be in charge. She shook her head at Thayne,"I'm staying here." she murmered back. She smiled softly at him,"Remember- I'm yours." she whispered. She wasn't about to change that.

Thayne took her hand with confidence now. He knew that this is what she wanted and he wasn't about to deny her. "Jasper, I promise that I won't hurt her. What exactly do you have against me? Is it just that I'm a Slytherin?" Thayne questioned. He hated house prejudices, it was a waste. Just because someone was placed in a certain house doesn't mean they're like everyone else. People have more to them than just a house name.

Evangeline placed her hand on his knee. Jasper shook his head at Thayne,"All you Slytherins are the same. You use people for what you want and then you ditch them." he said roughly,"I won't let you do that to my sister." he said,"Evie- come on." he nearly pleaded. Jasper knew that if word got out about Evie and Thayne's relationship then both would be social out casts. And he definatly didn't want that,"Jasper- I don't think I want to talk about this right now. Just /go/." Evie sighed. Jasper shrugged,"If this is how you want it, Evie." he told her, turning,"Then /fine." And with that he walked off. Evangeline sighed, resting her head on Thayne's shoulder,"I'm glad that's over."

Thayne watched Jasper leave, doubt filling his mind. "I don't want to cause trouble between you and your brother." He mumbled, his voice filled with doubt. It seemed that Jasper cared a lot for his sister, but in an annoyingly overprotective sort of way. "Is he really big on house prejudices? Cause, really we Slytherins aren't all as bad as they'd like to think. Though, there are some that live up to their reputations." Blair much?

Evangeline sighed,"The asshole will get over it." she muttered,"He's over protective." she replied with a small shrug of her shoulders for simple effect. She kept her head gently placed on his shoulder,"Not really." she mumbled,"He's just looking for any excuse he can so that he can use some dumb ass excuse so that I won't have a boyfriend." she said, shrugging her shoulders,"He hates all of my boyfriends." she said with a small sigh.

Thayne nodded slowly. He wasn't sure how he would deal with the Jasper problem, but for Evie he certainly would. "I'm sure he'll eventually warm up to me, right? He can't hate the terrifyingly terrific Thayne now can he?" Thayne smiled at Evie, he'd make this work.
