For once, Anthony genuinely laughed. "And with that squirt to protect her, nothing would even dream of touching her!" Anthony tossed Dalton a coin. "If I find him, this will grow warm, and meet me back here." Anthony crossed out of the shadows behind Thomas and whispered "Boo." into his ear, and was out of sight before the kid could even turn a full circle.

Dalton gave him a breif nod and started out down the cobbled path, leaving the dark shadows and walking amoungst strange people that lurked in the alleys. An old women gave him an eerie smile and he scolwed, pushing his way past her and her old witch friends.

Jessica grinned as she watched the two leave. She creeped up in the shadows behind Thomas. "Hi there, Thomas isn't it? A first year right? I haven't seen you around. We could be friends if you like." Jessica smiled and walked closer to him. "Well, if you could help me, I would be really appreciative. There's this nasty girl that's been stealing money from me and I'd really like to get it back. If you could grab it for me, I'd be indebted to you." She outlined a quick plan and pointed out where Cydney would be and at what time he needed to take it. She reminded him to get out of sight as soon as he took it. She put a hand on his shoulder and smiled hopefully, all the while evil thoughts running in her head.

Thomas jumped as someone whispered in his ear, but the person was out of sight by the time he turned around. He stepped back into the light when Jessica came into view. He winced as she kept getting closer to him, but quickly got annoyed. "And why should I steal money for you?" He snarled, pulling away from her hand on his shoulder. He wasn't interested in making friends with any girls. He was a Goyle. What he would get was strong friends that could do stuff for him.

Jessica frowned taking out he wand. "Well, I'd hate to hurt you Tommy but if I must... I really have no problem with it. I'm a Malfoy and we use spells that most people would find very bad." Jessica glared menacingly at the boy. She brought her wand up preparing to attack him if need be. She didn't want to hurt him, well maybe she did a little.

"It's Thomas, not Tommy." He said, getting even more annoyed. He hated being called Tommy, it made him sound too young, even though he /was/ eleven. "And I know who you are. My father knows your father. I don't think either of our fathers would be very pleased if you hurt me."

"Oh, would you like me to go get my father? He'd be quite pleased to meet you I'm sure." Jessica smiled sweetly. She hated this kid, he was getting on her nerves. "Very well /Thomas/. You leave me no choice." She moved quickly blasting him back into the wall with a quick spell. She summoned up some robes and tied him up on the ground. "I'm hoping you'll be a bit more.. willing to help now."

Dalton's eyes scanned the places surrounding him and they darted back and forth amoung the people. His fingers were curled around his wand tightly as his feet walked quickly forward. "Man where is he?" he mumbled to himself and sighed. Hopefully Anthony was having better luck than he was.

Anthony strolled along knockturn alley, looking left and right for the man that matched Dalton's description. He didn't bother sticking to the dark corners while looking. He had learned long ago that one of the best ways of hiding was to not hide at all. He started to whistle, kicking up some dirt on the way. Suddenly he slowed down, and glanced right. Leaning against the wall, was a tall guy, with black hair, and several scars along his face. It had to be him. Anthony casually cracked the coin in his pocket in half, sending waves of heat to the one in Dalton's hand. It was one of the things he had created in his spare time. Anthony walked up to the man, and remarked "You look fairly lost. Might you be looking for some to give a parchment too?" The man looked sharply at him, then nodded slowly. "Then you might want to follow me," Anthony said cheerfully, and made his way back near Thomas and Jessica.

Dalton at first didn't know what the warm feeling in his palm was when he remembered the coin. "Thank god..." he whispered and turned around, walking more quickly. It took him about fifteen minutes to get back, and when he did, the first thing he noticed was Barth. He looked bigger than normal, and perhaps a little more intimidating.
The tall man strode toward Dalton with a scowl upon his face. "Where the bloody hell have you been! Do you know what wouldv'e happened if this didn't get to you before dusk?" he said sharply, lowering his voice as people started to stare. He thrust the peice of paper in Dalton's hand and then grabbed Dalton's chin. "Get it to your father...now." he demanded and pushed him back.
Dalton scowled at his retreating back and rubbed his throbbing face. He glanced at Anthony and Jessica and mumbled a quick thanks to Anthony.

Jessica turned as Anthony and Dalton arrived a strange man following behind Anthony. She slunk back into the shadows watching the proceedings. She glared at the man as he left. "Dalton, you okay?" she asked rushing over. She had forgotten about Thomas completely.

He gave a quick nod, his eyes shining with embarassment. "Fine." he mumbled, looking at Jessica. He stuffed the peice of parchment in his pocket. "I uh better go...deliver this." said Dalton. He shook Anthony's hand and gave Jessica a breif hug. "If you don't see me on the train, call the aurors..." he joked with a forced smile and then disapparated.

Jessica reluctantly let him go. He was irritating sometimes, but still he was one of her good friends. "I hope he'll be okay." Jessica muttered to Anthony. Looking over at Anthony it finally clicked that she had left Thomas tied up. "Your little helper is tied up over there. I'm going to go home. My dad is probably worried."

Anthony was slightly surprised, yet please of how things turned out. He had Dalton in his pocket and a scared first year he was ready use. At the moment, things were perfectly fine. Now for the twirp. "But surely you wan't to see the plan I have for the shrimp you so graciously caught?" he said with a bow and a flourish of his hand towards Thomas. "I assure you, it's something you wouldn't want to miss..." he said in an almost waiter like fashion

"Well, I guess I could stay a little longer. Daddy will be worried though. I promised I'd be home.." Jessica trailed off. Her father would storm through the whole of London if she wasn't home soon, but it couldn't hurt to just stay a little. "Try and hurry it up though, I haven't got long." She smiled. She did of course want to see what Anthony had planned for young Thomas.
