Walking in.

Ellie walked into the ice cream parlor. She had been shopping for school supplies, and had gotten hungry, so she decided to stop buy. She ordered a tall vanilla with rainbow sprinkles and looked around the cute shop for a familiar face.

Charlie bounced into the Ice Cream Parlor wearing his brand new robes. Around his neck was an old camera that he held up to his eye immediately after walking through the door. He snapped pictures left and right as his dad ordered him a rainbow flavored ice cream in a sugar cone giving no thought to how hyper Charlie was already.

"Dad? Do you think Harry Potter has ever been in this shop? Do you dad?" He asked eagerly as his dad handed him his colorful ice cream splendor.

"I don't know son, why don't you ask that nice man at the register? When your done with your ice cream meet me and your mother and sister in the Flourish and Blotts." His father replied before walking out of the store.

"Excuse me sir," Charlie began asking the teenage wizard behind the counter, "has Harry Potter ever been in here." The boy shrugged, and whether or not it was a yes or a no, Charlie took it as an affirmative and immediately began running around the shop snapping pictures at every booth, stopping to stare at each one and lick his ice cream as he guessed which one exactly Harry would have sat at.

He stopped in front of Ellie and took a picture of her, "Did you know Harry Potter has been in this Ice Cream shop? I wonder where he sat... I bet he ordered this cone! The rainbow one! It's the best. Do you know which booth he sat in? I think he sat in that one over there, it has the best view of the street, or maybe he sat over there because it has the best lighting. I've never met Harry Potter but my dad has. Boy I would love to meet Harry Potter one day. Have you ever met Harry Potter? What was he like? Have you seen him play quidditch? I'm going to be a seeker just like Harry!" Amazingly, he said this all in one breath and managed to keep his ice cream balanced in the cone while he waved his arms to point directions and took pictures randomly in between words.

Ellie blinked rapidly as the young boy took her picture.

"Yeah, I've met Harry. He's a friend of my parents'. He comes over to our house sometimes to play Quidditch." She licked her cone. Still not seeing anyone she knew, she sighed and opened her Charms textbook, skimming through the material.

[Andi Lupin]

Andi tumbled into the ice cream parlor her family in tow. They always met up for ice cream at the end of their shopping. Her mum and dad, her cousins, and her Uncle Harry and Aunt Ginny were all there. She had a big grin on her face, despite how close it was to the full moon. "Let's sit over there." she pointed to the biggest booth.

She sat down looking at the menu. "I think I'll have the double fudge brownie supreme." she decided. She loved chocolate more than almost anything else. Her father got the same thing. He was the one she got the chocolate loving trait from. All the others ordered various things from the menu and they started to talk.

"Uncle Harry, didn't you come here when the original shop owner still worked here?" she asked. He always had stories from the past to tell everyone and frequently mentioned the shop.

"Yeah, great man. Always gave me free ice cream." he replied. He had risked coming out into public for the annual trip to Diagon Alley. Of course there were people trailing behind him everywhere, but he had managed to get most of them away to come for ice cream.

Charlie turned around and snapped pictures at the newcomers. He wanted to askt eh girl more questions about when she met Harry, but quickly forgot all about that when he say who he took a picture of. He almost dropped his ice cream cone, and his mouth hung open for a few seconds before he got a hold of himself and brought his camera back up to his eye, talking a picture for every step Harry took. Once they sat down he ran over, almost jumping up and down from excitement. "Your Harry Potter!"

For about three seconds, just enough time for Harry to begin opening his mouth, he stayed silent, then he returned to his normal self. "Your Harry Potter! I knew you would sit here, it has the best light, I though you might sit over there too by the window. Did you order the Rainbow ice cream? It's the best! I bet you did didn't you! Do you know who I am? I know who you are. Everyone knows who you are. You knew my father. And you knew my uncle! My uncle died in the Hogwarts battle. My dad said he was a very good friend of yours. I got his camera! Remember this camera! I have pictures that he took of you when you were in Hogwarts! I'm going to Hogwarts this year. And I'm going to play Quidditch too. I'm going to be a seeker just like you and I'm going to get into Gryffindor. Maybe I'll even get the same bed you were in! Do you remember which bed you were in? I'm trying to get a snowy owl just like Hedwig. Remember Hedwig? I bet you remember Hedwig. If I can't I'll just name whatever owl I get Hedwig the second! Can I get a picture of you? Can I get twenty pictures of you? Can I have your autograph?"

Harry turned around and stared at the boy. He was the spitting image of Colin. /What a surprise. Who else would be that eager to meet me?/ "Yeah, I'm Harry. I knew your Uncle." he sighed. He was still upset about Colin's death. He shouldn't have even been at the school. "You can have a picture, but I don't sign autographs."

Andi giggled watching her Uncle. He was still uncomfortable with all the attention, but that would probably never change. "Hey, I'm the captain of the Gryffindor team. If you want to play Quidditch, talk to me." She was trying to get the attention off of her uncle, but knowing the Creevys it wouldn't work.

Charlie ignored Andi completely. Somehow he squeezed in next to Harry and snapped several pictures of them together, with Charlie smiling wildly the whole time. The next moment he was back outside the table again, running his mouth off. "I knew you were modest. No autographs here, not from Harry Potter, he's better than that. A picture is way better anyway, a picture is worth a thousand words right? That's what my dad says. An autograph is only two words. A picture is nine hundred ninety eight more words than an autograph. Did you know that? I bet you did. I bet you're way smarter than me. I KNOW you're way smarter than me. My uncle was a great person. You know that. He was almost as great as you are! As close a second as they come! What was your favorite class Harry? I bet it'll be my favorite class." He took a few more pictures and smiled really big at Harry before taking a lick of his ice cream.

Aidan wandered into the shop, in the middle of an argument with Cydney. "No! Charms is important!" He said angrily, furrowing his eyebrows at Cydney. "Whatever, Aid. Charms is not such an important topic as you think." She rolled her eyes as they walked up to the counter.
Aidan grinned. "Can I have a rainbow ice cream? In a sugar cone, please." The man behind the register nodded and Cydney shook her head. "Nothing for me. I'll get fat." She nodded and Aidan scoffed. "Cydney, you're skinny as a toothpick." He turned to look at her, and spotted Harry, Ginny, and Andi.
He chuckled. "Uncle Harry! Aunt Ginny! And Andi!" He sprinted over to them. "What's up, you guys?" Cydney laughed and watched, lagging behind. She spotted Charlie and smiled. A Harry fan! How cute! Even though she was a muggle-born, she knew about Harry. They had studied him and Voldemort in History of Magic. It was one of the only times she had payed attention.
She walked up to him and smiled gently downward, though he wasn't much shorter than she was. "Hello!" She waved. He's adorable!

[Justly]

"Your getting me the most exspensive thing on that menu for this Gwyn."Tony growled out from behind Gwyn's stack of books and boxes.
"UmmHmm.Sure thing.Hey thanks for carrying that for me,your such a great guy."Gwyneth said smiling innocently.
"I clearly remember not having a choice."He mumbled following her to an empty booth and sitting down.
Gwyn smiled."The least exspensive thing on the list?Why I couldn't let you get away with that,the second cheapest should do,be back in a second!"She said darting out of the booth before he could protest.
He grimaced.Gwyneth was a family friend but he had a feeling she enjoyed walking all over him.

[Andi Lupin]

"Hey Aidan! Wanna try to get the little kid away from Uncle Harry? He seems.. awkward?" Andi laughed. She looked over at her uncle who was trying to shy away from Charlie. He hated all the attention he got, but the Creevy's were still the worst. Even in his younger years the Creevy's were obsessed with him.

"Well, I'd best be going. I have.. business to attend to.." Harry mumbled. He gave everyone a quick hug goodbye. "Sorry, we'll talk another time Charlie." Harry quickly exited the building before the boy could question him any further.

Aidan laughed, looking from Andi to Cydney to Charlie. He shrugged and took a seat next to Andi, grinning. "I think Cydney's got it covered." He whispered to her.
When Harry got up to leave, he pouted. "Awww...bye Harry!" He hugged his uncle and watched him leave. With a chuckle, he turned back to Ginny and Andi. "So, how are you guys?" He asked, placing his arms on the table.

"Hi!" Charlie said, taking a nother lick of his ice cream. "This is the best day of my life! I'm going to take a picture of every moment of it!" He snapped a picture of Cydney and continued talking. "I met Harry Potter today! Do you know Harry Potter? I do. And my dad went to school with him! So did my uncle, but he died in the battle at Hogwarts. I'm going to Hogwarts this year and I'm going to be in Gryffindor just like Harry! I'm going to play quidditch too, and be a seeker. But I won't get in my first year like Harry did. He's way better than I'll ever be. Harry Potter is the greatest!Do you want to meet Harry Potter? He's right in this shop! He's right at this table!"

He turned and waved, saying "Hi Harry!!" Then he turned back to Cydney, "You can meet him right now! Go ahead! I can even take your picture with him! But don't ask for an autograph, he doesn't give autographs. He's better than that. He goes for all one thousand words instead of just two. He's the greatest wizard ever!!"

Cydney smiled sweetly at him. He's adorable! "I've met Harry once or twice. My friend Aidan is his nephew." She smiled for the camera. Actually, she had met him quite a few times. She had hung out with Aidan over the summer. "That's amazing!" She said, listening to him ramble. "You're gonna be in Gryffindor, eh? I'm in Gryffindor." She nodded. Watching him walk off, she waved bye. "I think I'll be alright." She nodded. "I can get a picture another time."

"Bye Harry!" He called out to Harry's back. "Did you hear that? He said we'd talk again! I'm going to meet Harry Potter again! Maybe I'll run into him with my father and he'll get to see Harry again! I'm gonna go find my dad." He ran toward the door and turned around a second before he got there, "See you at Hogwarts!" He waved at the girl and ran out the door, taking a quick look around for Harry. He didn't see him though, so off her ran to Flourish and Blotts.

"I'm happy for you." Cydney nodded. "Okay, bye! See ya at Hogwarts! She waved back, and after he left, she plopped down next to Aidan. "He is so cute!
"Not really. He looks like he had way too much sugar." Aidan chuckled.
