Appearance: Derrek cares about his appearance almost as much as he does torturing lesser beigns. His hair is always the image of perfection. His toussled black hair always falling perfectly over his left eye. His eyes are his most striking feature, a bright blue that pierces through you. His build is slim, but muscular. You don't notice his muscles much, as he doesn't work out often. He stands at about 5'8, but wishes he could be taller.

Personality: Derrek is one of the cruelest guys you could ever meet. His hobbies are torturing others, magic, and well..torturing others. He comes off as a nice guy when you meet him, but the second you turn your back he'd flick his wand and you'd be sent crashing to the ground. He's puts on a nice persona whenever he's around authority figures, or his parents. Staying out of trouble is his calling in life, as he always finds a way to pin his cruel actions on someone else.
History: Derrek grew up in a house full of Gryffindors and he hated every second of it. They were always so kind, so generous, so.. crude. They were so much more powerful and they easily could have taken control of the lousy muggles in his town. No one knew that he was such a dark kid, since he always put on his other face around his family. There was once when he almost got caught torturing a muggle boy down the road, but his first magical appearance came and the girl was killed in a "freak accident".
This was the start of Derrek's life behind his parents back. He took pleasure in torturing muggles and wizards alike. For years he got away with his evil deeds. And, soon his letter to Hogwarts came. It didn't come as a surprise, as his family had been in the wizarding world for many generations. They originally were from Bulgaria and many of his early ancestors went to Durmstrang. This, was possibly where his strange ways came from. Derrek went to Hogwarts, determined in every way to help a new Dark Lord rise to power. He wasn't ready to become the Dark Lord himself, as he never took the spotlight in anything he'd done.
