Personality: Professor Whitney Caroll is a very nature-inclined person, she’s always spending time outdoors, which suits her job as teacher of the Care of Magical Creatures class easier for her and best suited for her than any other teacher at Hogwarts. She often walks around barefoot, even when she’s inside the castle. A lot of people call her off-the-wall, and say she’s meant for Divination, but she wouldn’t be able to stand being trapped inside all day. She’s a free bird, as she says, free to fly wherever she pleases, but stays in one place. (Don’t worry if you don’t understand it. I doubt she understands any of that either. If you do… Please explain in English.)
Anyway, she’s a very down-to-earth woman, and is a tad eccentric when it comes to the magical creatures she cares for.
History: Before coming to teach at Hogwarts, she left for Romania to work with dragons. Even before then, she always got along best with the animals than anyone else in her year. She stayed in Romania for twelve years, and when she returned, she recuperated for a year, and then applied at the school she used to call home. Her birthday is March 31st.
