That's just not fair. Why CAN'T there be a Deathmuncher?

Amity and Allie Laurens were sitting by the lake, cherishing the little time they could spend together at Hogwarts. They were up on the ridge Amity so loved to jump off of, talking. "Hey, Alliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiie!" Amity's pleasent conversation turned to a shout of suprise as they were both suddenly shoved forward, into the lake. Amity surfaced, ready to scream at the kid who shoved them. She saw green robes racing away. Slytherin. She knew it. Then she remembered. "Allie!" she shouted, diving under again, trying to spread the murky water with her hands. She came up for a gasp of air. "Allie! Oh, god, Allie!" she shouted again, hoping someone heard her. She dived under again, beginning to panic.

Melanie had been resting under a tree nearby when she'd heard the scream. She rushed over and saw the two girls fall into the water, a worried expression on her face. She quickly cast a spell to change into a swim suit and dove into the lake. She wasn't the best swimmer, but she was adequate enough to help someone. She swam down and lifted one of the girls up, she didn't seem to be moving much, and swam her to the edge. She didn't recognize either of the girls so she assumed they were of a different house.

Amity swum over to the edge. "Thank you, thanks so much!" she sputtered. Her clothes were soaked, Allie's worse so. Amity knelt down by her sister and placed her ear to the other girl's chest. She heard Allie's steady heartbeat, but it was light. She felt a wave of relief wash over her. She checked to see if Allie was breathing-just barely. "Help me get her to the Hospital Wing!" she said, panic rising again. Then she took a deep breath. Stay Calm. Madame Pomfrey can fix anything. she told herself.

"Yeah, no problem." Melanie nodded. She took her wand out, qukly dried herself off, and changed back into her robes. With another wave of her wand, she lifted Allie up. "Let's head over there quick, she doesn't look too good. She can't swim? How'd she get in the water?" Melanie headed over towards the castle at a brisk pace. She was quite familiar with the hospital wing, as her parties generally got someone hurt.
Meanwhile, Jessica was leaning on the castle, watching all of this take place. She had sent some of the third years to go push them in, just to have a laugh. But, this new discovery made it all so much better. She now knew that Allie was afraid of water, and couldn't swim. "Nice work boys." She said as the runts came over. Third years were so easy, they'd do anything she asked for nothing in return.

"Ah how devious of you Jessica," Gentry mused lightly, tone formal as he walked up. He came to stand near her, observing the chaos Jessica had just created. "Of course, would anyone expect less from the daughter of the famed Malfoy family?" His cold gaze slipped towards her, waiting for her reaction, response, or for her to snap at him to get lost.

"Of course not. Have to live up to my father now don't I? This isn't nearly good enough, but it's certainly a start. Pathetic how easy it was.." Jessica chuckled. She of course wanted to live up to her father's name, and so far she was doing a quite well. She didn't have long until she left, so she needed to do whatever it took to have her name remembered. "The girl, she can't swim. That's something I'll need to know."

Gentry blinked, storing that information into a corner of his mind also. "Indeed. I'm sure you'll do well. Your father, and also your grandfather. They certainly were talented wizards, and you seemed to have aquired the gift." The compliment was left to allow Jessica to wallow in her vanity for a moment as he planned out what he had wanted to say next. "Why, might I ask, is it so important to know other's weaknesses? Has the lovely Miss Malfoy got a clever plan up her sleeve? I suppose I'm too curious. Forgive me for prying."

Jessica smiled at the compliment. It wasn't every day you got a compliment ike that, well unless you're Jessica Malfoy. "Well, of course I do. I've always got something in mind. Currently, I'm out to ruin the Ravenclaws. They irritate me, especially that one girl. Starla is it?" Honestly, essica had no reason to hate Starla, all she knew is that her father had killed the girl's father years ago. She just assumed that her father had a reason to gain vengence on him, and followed in his footsteps.

"Ravenclaws?" That one perked his intrest a tad. Afterall, his current problem was a Ravenclaw, and she needed to be humbled a bit. "Starla, Ah yes. The odd one. And what exactly do you plan to do with your newly aquired prey Miss Malfoy? Another trick perhaps?" He made sure he didn't sound amused, or patronizing. That wouldn't do, and the Malfoys, who weren't as high in power as they had been at one point, were still powerful and not enemies one would like to have. How petty, pranks. But if that was what tickled the infamous Jessica Malfoy's tastes, so be it.

"No." Jessica spat. "For that one, it must be so much better. Something that'll make her squeam, something so terrible.. so vile..." Jessica breathed in deeply. "I just haven't come up with anything good enough. In the meantime, training the young ones to carry on in my footsteps is all I can do.." Jessica wasn't a friendly person, but she had to leave behind a legacy and having a band of people carrying out her orders was something she always wanted/

Amity's eyes narrowed as they passed the Slytherins. "Slytherin." she spat, in response to Melanie's question. "Just you wait. I'll show you in the Quidditch match tomorrow." she muttered. She couldn't wait. She, among the other Hufflepuffs, had been training hard. It would be a treat to see the looks on the Slytherin's faces when they lost. She grinned, feeling more excited for tomorrows match than she already was.

Gentry only inclined his head in reply. There was little he could say to that as the wheels in his head began to turn. If it weren't for his lineage and his inherited desire for power, maybe Gentry would have been a Ravenclaw. Not a very social Ravenclaw, but a Ravenclaw none the less. But no, he was a Slytherin, and he was also a rather good planner. He blinked, "Mayhaps, Jessica, your setting your goals a little low. Have you considered raising your ambitions? I know some of our housemates have." Gentry heard and understood more than most people gave him credit for.

Melanie nodded. Of course it was the Slytherins, they were always causing trouble. "Yeah, I'm rooting for Hufflepuff in the game. Can't say the same when we're up against ya'll though. Have to support my house of course." Melanie opened the door into the Great Hall and turned to go down the corridor to the Hospital Wing.
Jessica thought for a moment. "I suppose. There's always more to me than meets the eye though." Jessica mysteriously replied. She had things in mind, of course. No one knew though. Being a Death Eater was onlt the beginning. He couldn't know about that though, no one did.

Gentry gave her a rare, amused smile. "So I've come to notice. Ah, I suppose having hidden ambitions is just a Slytherin characteristic that we all share." He looked away, out over the grass to exaimin his 'dear' classmates and fellow students. what would it be like to have them all fearing? If not him, but someone else? It sounded fairly appealing.

"Mm, and what secrets are hidden in the depths of your mind?" Jessica inquired. She didn't really expect him to answer, Slytherins weren't excactly open. Of course it was a Slytherin trait, that's one thing that set them apart from others. Slytherins always had hidden agendas, you could never be sure what they were really up to.
