Aiden stroked Starla's back and ran his fingers through her hair. He felt so bad for this girl he had just met. He leaned up against the wall and held her close. She didn't seem weird like people had said. It seemed like he would enjoy spending time with her. He might stay here for the holiday and become better friends with Starla. Yeah, that sounded reasonable.

Starla sniffled and wiped the tears away. "I'm sorry.. I probably shouldn't be like this." Starla was never the kind of person to dump her problems on anyone else. Mostly because she'd never met anyone that she felt comfortable sharing things with. "Thanks for everything Aiden. You're really sweet."

"It's totally fine," He smiled. "I enjoy spending time with you," And he honestly did. He stood there with his arms around her, enjoying the moment, when he looked down. "Erm..." He said, the moment now becoming awkward.

Stara smiled and looked up. "I think you're the first person that's ever said that to me." She stepped back a bit and stood there awkwardly. She wasn't sure what to say, it's not like she had any experience with guys. She bit her lip and looked down at her feet.

Aiden looked at his watch. "Damn, I have quidditch practice in 15 minutes. I'll talk to you again, yeah?" He leaned in and kissed her on the cheek. "I like hanging out with you, Starla," He smiled.

Starla nodded. "Yeah, I'll see you around Aiden." She watched him leave, her cheek tingling where he had kissed her. With a smile, she turned back towards the Ravenclaw tower to settle down. "Wow." She whispered to herself.
