Homework in the Halls?

[Justly]

Of all the ridiculous things Gwyneth had seen over her past few years at Hogwarts, this was probably the strangest. The fact that it was one of her best friends was even more disturbing.
"Tony what are you /doing/??"
Tony Boot looked up at the Ravenclaw with a slightly irratated expression. Sighing in a slightly over-dramatic way he decided it was required for him to explain.
"I'm studying, obviously."
Gwyneth rolled her eyes, "I don't know what suprises me more about this situation... You studying, in general. Or you sitting against the wall in the middle of the corridor studying."
Tony smiled wearily and lifted his shoulders in a shrug, "Shocking isn't it? I'm suprised myself."

[Batz]

Allison Laurens walked along the corridor, looking around for a quiet place to study. The dorm was too crowded right now, outside, well, Amity would catch her there and distract her. Not that she minded, but... She needed to study. Suddenly, someone tripped her, probably the Slytherin that had just run away laughing, and all her books, papers, her notebook that she was writing a short story in, it all went spilling everywhere.

[Andi Lupin]

Starla was walking through the halls on her way to the library when she saw Tony and Gwyneth. She recognized Gwyneth since she was in her house, and she remembers seeing Tony around Gwyneth all the time. "Hello Gwynet. Tony. Odd place to study isn't it? I was just on my way to the library to pick up some books." Starla usually studied in the library and sometimes in the commons. Starla heard the crash and turned around to see what had happened. She recognized Allison and hurried to help her gather her things. "You okay?"

"Yes, it is," Gwyneth confirmed. Tony gave her a weary look and then turned his attention back to to his book.
"Yes, it is a little odd. But mayhaps I enjoy sitting in the middle of the hallway reading this boring book and trying to make a good grade on my next test," He mumbled.
Gwyneth turned to look at Allison and watched as Starla began to help. Good old Starla, forever kind.

[Batz]

Allie sat up and rubbed her head. "Yea, I'm fine..." she said. If it were Amity, she'd start off on one of her "Down-with-Slytherins" rants, but not Allie. She was used to the teasing, she was, she knew, labelled a nerd wherever she went, so of course, that meant teasing. "Really. Just tripped." She began gathering up all her belongings.

[Andi Lupin]

Starla looked down the corridor and saw nothing that she could have tripped over. All she saw was the robes of a Slytherin running away. Starla helped gather the things that had fallen all over the corridor. "You sure you just tripped? There's not much you could have tripped over. Unless you tripped over your own two feet. Which could happen of course, it's just not very likely unless you're known to be a bit clumsy." Starla went on. She sometimes started to talk, and just couldn't stop.

[Batz]

Allie laughed. "No, not really, I guess. I wasn't watching where I was going though, so its my fault really..." she trailed off. Her voice was really quiet, which explained a lot. She talked to people, they just didn't hear her.

[Andi Lupin]

"Oh. That happens sometimes. Happens to me a lot, I get so caught up in whatever i'm thinking of that I just forget to pay attention. As long as you're not hurt, everything will be fine." Starla hated to see people get hurt, unless they were Slytherins. Specifically in the Malfoy family. "Well, got all your stuff together?"

[Justly]

Tony picked up something from his side and held it up without looking up.
"Here, don't forget your wand," He said absentmindedly. The object had rolled over into his thigh and since no one else had noticed, he decided not to let her forget it.
Gwyneth watched in amuesment as her friend turned three diffrent shades of red and avoided eye contact. It was obviously a little much for him to handle. Two unfirmiliar females and Gwyn all in one corridor, just when the poor boy had thought he had alone time to study.

"Oh. Th-thank you." Allie said, feeling herself turn red. HOw could she drop that and not notice!? Plus, boys were not her strong suit. It was hard enough talking to people in general, but she just wasn't the guy-crazy type of person. Amity could talk to boys about anything, since she played Quidditch. Allie had nothing in common with any of them. She looked down to hide her face and hoped her ears hadn't turned red as well.

"No problem," He muttered and Gwyneth shook her head.
"You always have something entergetic to say Tony. Maybe you should try going to the library or something?"
Tony looked up and snorted in amuesment, "I haven't been inside the library since I got here and I'm not going to break that littl record anytime soon."
