Penelope is eccentric, a bit like her father. She didn’t care much, she adored her father. She pretty much has Peter Pan syndrome. She never wants to grow up. Most people don’t mind that. She is kind of oblivious sometimes. That bothers her a bit. Oh well, she should pay attention more often.
She is a complete klutz. She trips over everything. Somehow, Penelope can even trip over nothing. It’s her specialty. She visits the hospital wing so often it should count as one of her classes. No matter how badly she gets hurt she still manages to have a smile on her face. Her potions teacher won’t let her out of the classroom until she frowns, which she doesn’t.
Penelope is quite courageous. She will do pretty much anything, she’s not afraid. If it has to do with heights, however, she’d rather pass. A lot of the time she will just burst out singing. It’s quite annoying if you have a headache but she is a great singer. She has a scream that could probably wake the dead. So, if you torment her she will scream, so, you should probably run, fast, very fast.
Penelope is just about the smartest girl around, when it comes to school. She studies almost constantly. Most of the time while studying she’s singing. She probably ranks somewhere up there with Hermione Jean Granger.
She is pretty much one of the guys. Her childhood was spent outside playing with boys. She did always have a thing for flowers though. She absolutely adored playing pretend. Penelope has quite the imagination, still.
History:
Penelope was born on February 21st. From the day she was born her father was trying to teach her about plants. A few times she tried to eat them. At least the plant she ate wasn’t poisonous. Penelope’s mother was a bit loopy. The day Penelope was born she was taken away. Her mother was a muggle. No one knew that, not even Neville. Neville just thought she was a squib.
Penelope’s childhood was full of smiles. Her father was very good to her. Penelope still thinks that her father is the best man in the world. Well, he did help defeat voldemort, kind of. Penelope was a pretty girl. She was always singing. It’s still kind of entertaining. When she was seven years old she met her mother for the first time. Her mother was a scary lady. If Penelope was raised by her mother she would be utterly screwed up. Thank god she wasn’t.
