Andi was barely smiling as she opened the door to Honeydukes, her favorite store in all of Hogsmeade. Andi is a chocoholic, if it has chocolate she'll probably love it. Her favorite thing to get at Honeydukes is the classic slab of milk chocolate, but she'd eat just about anything. She waved a quick hello to the owner and set about finding a few things to buy. She settled for two slabs of her favorite milk chocolate and a mint chocolate shaped like a unicorn.
She paid for them at the front, attempting to smile as she did. The owner knew her quite well, as she came at least once a week and he definitely knew that something was wrong. When did Andi come in with a frown? Never. Andi took a seat in the mini cafe that the store had added as it had expanded in previous years and began eating her chocolate.
What's wrong with her you ask? First of all, it's quite close to the full moon. She's always irritable around that time. Second, Roan has been in detention for the last few weeks and she's barely been able to talk to him. And of course, her and Ellie, one of her best friends, aren't speaking. They'd gotten into a huge argument over the most trivial thing. Her parents were too busy to talk to her about anything and all her other friends where god knows where.
She just needed someone to vent to, someone that would listen and care. But hell, who could she trust anymore? Certainly not any of her friends, if Ellie didn't care than who would? She bit down angrily on her slab of chocolate, gnawing at it with her sharp teeth. Even the chocolate wasn't helping, maybe she needed a firewhisky. Of course, when all else fails, drink. [/color]

[glow=red,2,300]Tony Boot wasn't exactly good with talking to girls. Infact, most would say that he sucked at talking to girls. So when he approached Andi Lupin, his face was ablaze and he was fairly sure he was losing confidence fast. He stopped infront of her table, shifting around from one foot to the other before attempting to speak. "Uhm..." He paused, clearing his throat before trying again, "A-Andi? Are you okay?" He was fairly sure that he was not the only one who had seen Andi storm in and sit down. Although she did look a tad scary chomping down on her choclate the way she was, Tony also noticed she seemed really upset. While he may not've been considered a friend of hers, he felt the need to check on her anyway.[/glow]

Paige unwrapped her scarlet scarf from her pale neck. With one hand she placed her scarf in her bag and with the other took hold of a wooden handle and opened a large, familiar door to a sweet, familiar place. Different aromas quickly made their way up her body and to her nose, which triggered a twitch from her lips. Paige closed her eyes for a moment, to take it all in. She was interrupted when a Hufflepuff walked by muttering "Freak.." She glanced over her shoulder to glare at him, but it was no good; he was already out the door.
Chocolate...or lemon flavored candie sweets? It was a hard choice for the hungry shopper. One last glance at the fudge though made up Paige's mind. After fishing out some galleons and handing them over to the owner, she found a small table to sit at. Coming to Honeydukes was one of her favorite things to do. Eat and read. Moments of sweet peace. She broke off a cube of fudge and opened her book.
"A-Andi? Are you okay?" Paige heard a small, but familiar voice. Her eyes reluctantly lifted from her book and scanned the room. The name Andi swam through her head, ringing with recognition. She had just met an Andi a couple of days ago, during a potions lesson. It was most likely the same Andi. Her thoughts were confirmed when she spotted her and Tony near the far corner. Tony's question made sense when Paige recognized a pained expression on the girl's face. That was one thing she was good at: reading people. Her mother calls it a special gift. Realizing she was staring, she lifted her fingers in a small wave. The last thing she needed was Andi or Tony thinking she was butting in, especially since their conversation wasn't based on the weather today.

Andi looked up at Tony, a bit surprised that he had been able to come over and talk to her. Everyone knew that Tony froze up whenever he was around girls and a lot of people, mainly Slytherins, made fun of him for it. Andi on the other hand thought it was adorable. She faked a smile after she swallowed the chocolate in her mouth.
"Uhm, yeah. I'm fine. How are you?" She cheerily replied. She knew Tony was just being nice and all, but she wasn't really ready to talk. She needed at least a butterbeer before she would be ready to face her problems. That was one thing Andi hated about herself, her tendency to run from her problems. She'd rather wait and face them when she was ready, which was generally never.
She broke off another piece of chocolate and offered it to Tony. "t's milk chocolate, I have mint too if you'd like it." She held up the other flavor that was sitting next to her. Andi hoped that it wasn't too obvious that she was lying about how she was feeling, but it was pretty plain that she was in a bad mood. [/color]

[glow=red,2,300]Tony frowned, catching a certain note in her voice that confirmed his suspcions. Reluctantly, he let the subject drop, and his disappointment was alittle evident on his face. "Thanks Andi. And I've seen better days. Thankfully, my week of detention ended," Tony said frowning grimly. He was fairly sure that he would never kick over another couldron again. It was nasty buisness cleaning those things out, especially after the first years used them. You had to make them completely spotless or else it might mess up future potions. However, he didn't regret helping Andi and her friends cut class.[/glow]

Andi grimaced, feeling a bit bad that she'd been the source of his problems. She was always the one dragging people into the crazy schemes that came to her mind. She almost felt bad that he was the only one to get into major trouble for it. Her father had let her off with little more than a warning and certainly nothing as bad as a week in detention.
"Sorry about that, probably should have just done it myself." Andi mumbled, an apologetic tone apparent in her voice. Her eyes were flashing about, trying to read his face. He didn't seem to believe her, but honestly, who would? She felt bad lying to him, especially after all he'd done to help her. She smiled again, still unconvincingly.

[glow=red,2,300]Tony shrugged, "It wasn't a problem. Don't worry about it," He muttered, taking a bite of the choclate she had given him. After a moment he frowned. "Your a terrible liar, if you don't mind me saying. This doesn't have anything to do with a certain friend of yours does it?" It was a fair enough guess. He had seen Ellie just as upset and he figured it probably had something to do with Andi. "A girl in our house whose dad happens to be a pro quidditch player?"[/glow]

Andi's face tightened and she balled her hands up into fists at the the mention of Ellie. She tried to think of a way to get away from it, but nothing really came to mind. "Well, I suppose it might have a little to do with it." She shrugged, trying to appear nonchalant. Andi was trying to get past it all, trying not to care, but it was hard. They /had/ been friends for a long time and that was hard to forget.
