Paige sat down in a chair between her two new friends, startled to see their conditions. Meanwhile, Madame Pomfrey busied herself with cleaning up Andi and checking in on Jackie. "Hun, will you go get Professor Lupin. He should know about this." she demanded while dressing Andi's glass wounds.
Paige nodded and ran out of the room, down the corridor to the DADA room.

"Aww. Come on Madame Popster. You know he's going to kill me." Andi complained, using one of her many nicknames for Madame Pomfrey. "Don't do it Paige!" Andi tried to scream out, unsuccessfully. Andi groaned in pain as Madame Pomfrey spread a salve on her more serious wounds. "Damned rouge bludgers..." Andi closed her eyes, attempting to block the pain, but she only managed to fall into a restless slumber.

Paige found Professor Lupin and explained what happened. Before she finished though, he was out the door at a very fast pace. Paige stood there and looked after him, eventually following him.
"Andi!" he exclaimed, rushing over to her bed. By the time he got there, Andi was looking better thanshe first did because there was no more glass and her bleeding wounds had stopped gushing. "What happened?" He couldn't tell if she was sleeping or not though.

Andi peeked through one of her eyes to see who it was, but closed it as soon as she realized it was her father. Shit.. This could be bad. Maybe he'll buy it that I'm sleeping. Andi continued her fake sleeping and tried to keep her breathing even. She hoped that her dad would be so concerned, that he forgot to punish her. If only...

Remus Lupin gave up on Andi, figuring she was alseep, and then turned to the only other two conscious people in the room. "What happened?" he said, staring down Paige first. Paige frowned and kind of shrugged. "I don't really know the story..." she said. It was mainly true because how did she know for sure Andi gotten beat up by the bludger, playing quidditch when they weren't suppose to be. Obviously she knew about the window, but she could save that for Madame Pomfrey.
So, then he turned to Madame Pomfrey and she told him about what happened to Jackie, who was with Andi, so now he knew about quidditch. And then she told him about crashing through the window. Remus looked horrified, worried, and upset all at the same time. "Andi, I know you're awake." he whispered into her ear.

Andi crinckled her nose in her fake sleep, refusing to give in just yet. She needed at least a little longer of freedom. She knew he wouldn't leave though, so she opened her eyes with a sly smile. "G'mornin Daddy-o. Or.. have I not been asleep that long? Oh.. is it already tomorrow? I feel better.. Guess I should be leaving. Classes and what not." Andi rambled on, attempting to stall her inevitable punishment.

Lupin frowned and shook his head. "Andi, you are staying here until you heal and then we will talk about your behaviour-again." he said with a concerned, tired voice. He chatted with MAdame Pomfrey for awhile and she informed him that she should stay here over night until her jaw heals along with everything else.

Andi nodded at her father with a defeated expression on her face. She certainly didn't want to be in trouble again, but there wasn't much she could do about it now that he knew. "I don't think it's necessary that I stay overnight. I'll be fine, really!" Andi insisted. Staying overnight was the last thing Andi needed. She had to catch up on a week's worth of homework before tomorrow and she had barely even started.

Lupin looked to Madame Pomfrey and shook his head at his daughter. "She has the final word, Andi. If you're doing better and she says you can go, fine. But if not, you better be here in the morning when I come to get you." he said, firmly.
Jackie came to as Remus was leaving. She watched his retreating back and then propped herself up on one elbow, looking in Andi direction. It took her a minute to find her with one eye and all. "We're busted aren't we? Did he say what he was going to do to you?" she questioned frantically, worried that Andi may be banned from playing quidditch. But before she could even get the rest of her sentence out, Madame Pomfrey was at her bed stuffing what tasted like dirt in her mouth. "Its to make the swelling go down, dear. Stop trying to spit it out."

Andi groaned when her father had left the room. "Hey Madame Popsicle, think you could let me out.. just this once. And, I'll promise that I won't be in here to bother you and your erotic love novels for the rest of the week... unless I'm on my death bed." Andi was on the verge of crying to get out. She couldn't take any more trouble from her father. Madame Pompfrey looked at her with a stern expression. "No, Andi. I can't let you out. It's a miracle you can speak, let alone be let out of my sights." Andi stuck her tounge out at her, acting quite childlike for her age. "I didn't want to leave anyways." Andi pouted. She looked over at the awakening Jackie, relieved that she wasn't in too bad of a condition. "Hey Jacks, you're up! He hasn't said yet.. but it's not looking good at all." Andi grimaced in pain, more from the impending punishment than her numerous injuries.
