Roan smiled and held Andi closer. The wind had begun to pick up, and it was pushing them down the mountain. They made the descent rather rapidly, and came to a halt at the base of the mountain. "Lumos" Their path lit up, and they traversed it slowly, savoring each second. Rounding the corner onto the main street, Hogwarts rose into view. "Andi, wait." He caught her hand as she moved forward. He spun her into his arms and kissed her hard. He ran his finger through her hair and over her back lightly.

Andi kissed him back, a bit surprised at Roan's suddenness. She snaked her arms around his back and rested her hands at the ook of his back. Her eyes closed as she planted the moment in her memory, never to be forgotten. She parted from Roan, panting to catch her breath. She didn't want to stop, but she wasn't too keen on dying due to lack of air. She smiled and entwined her fingers with his, resting her head lightly on his shoulder. She thought about saying something, but she couldn't think of anything that spoke as loud as their actions.

Roan was all abuzz. His heart was thumping against his chest and his grin could split his face. He stroked her hair as they began to continue toward the castle. It is amazing he thought, How much can happen in a few short days. He glanced over at Andi and couldn't resist kissing her again, but only a soft slow one, without even stopping. He put his arm around her waist, and they plowed through the snow toward the castle.

Andi shivered as the wind blew angrily past them, dragging along pockets of snow. She pulled her jacket up a little and snuggled up to Roan, trying to warm herself up. Within a few minutes, they were outside the gates of the school in a crowd of people that were swarming back into the castle. Andi was glad to be back in the warmth, but she was reluctant to leave and end the day. Before she could turn back, there were people pushing into her, jostling her farther into the crowd.

"Hey," Roan whispered, his mouth pressed close against her ear, "Let's ditch this crowd." They squirmed through the thin openings between the mass of bodies. The crowd was so thick that they ended up pinned against a wall as they attempted to get out. Andi was pressed rather comfortably up to him in this position, and her head was tilted up slightly. He pressed her up a bit, so that she was lifted off the ground and he kissed her. Wow, he thought today has been so amazing. Suddenly, with a lurch, the crowd moved forward again and they tumbled into a side corridor. They dusted each other off and they set off at a leisurely pace, Roan's arms wrapped around Andi's waist. They meandered down the hall, enjoying every moment stolen from the day.

Andi smiled and walked with Roan. She wasn't about to ruin the moment with idle chat, so she held back her talk for once. It was a hard thing for little miss talkative to do, so she ended up settling for humming a light classical tune under her breath. Most people didn't know that Andi listened to classical music at home, since her mother had introduced it to the household many years ago. The tune that came to her mind was Kiss The Rain by Yiruma. It was easily one of her favorites. It was calming, and she could easily lose herself in the music. As she hummed, her mind dragged her to the only place she would rather be, the mountains with Roan.

Roan and Andi walked along the deserted corridor, both absorbed in their own worlds, both about each other. They turned another corner and a dull roar greeted them. The main crowd was visible now, the people and noises jumbling into one another. Roan grabbed Andi's hand and ducked behind a tapestry. Behind it was a small room, nothing big, but it was enough to escape the noise. Roan sat down on the floor with Andi between his legs, his arms linked around her stomach. He placed his chin on her shoulder. "So did you like my little surprise?"

Andi settled in as they sat on the ground and snuggled closer to him. "Oh, I don't know." She giggled with the flick of her wrist. "Of course I did silly. It was perfect." Andi smiled and closed her eyes to being the memories of her day back. Even if she tried, she couldn't have thought of anything better than what Roan had done. "You're a sweetheart ya know? Who'd of thought. Roan being a sweetheart." Andi laughed as she thought about it. He was such a prankster that his having a soft side was almost strange, but Andi always knew it was there. They had been best friends after all.

"Shush you." He said as he pulled a long face and buried his face into her long hair. He pulled his arms away from her and sat a bit askew in mock annoyance. "I didn't see you complaining at all." Suddenly, he slipped out from under her and quickly sat on top her, lightly squishing her into the wall. "Yep, all sweetheart, no prankster." He grinned wolfishly back at her, and made sure that despite her squirming, she couldn't get free.

Andi looked at him, one of her eyebrows raised. "No prankster hm? I'm not sure you can handle me if you don't have at least a little wild side." Andi grinned. Andi didn't just have a wild side, everything about her was wild. She stopped attempting to get away from Roan and just sat there looking at him. "You're not going to let me go are you?"
