"Hey look at that!" Brett said, grabbing her hat back from Cydney, "It seems like I've just won myself the first drink." Her smile widened and she placed her cap back on her head where it belonged. "And yes, you really are that great. Right Cydney?" She playfully elbowed her lightly in the side. "Tell him how much we loooove him."

"It was Roan's bright idea.. He knows how she gets with firewhisky. Thanks for the help.. We can't have her in trouble on the first day of school." Alex quickly replied to Laryn. He hefted Andi up on his shoulders. "Where can we take her?"

"Anything to keep the quidditch games exciting, right? We can't have anyone blaming loses on missing teammates." Laryn joked. "Take her somewhere in that side of the train." She pointed toward where Jackie and Andi's father was. "I think Professor Lupin had already checked those so it's a good bet that he won't go back around. Just make sure you do something so that he can't hear you. Tony and I will distract him in the compartment across the hall."
She walked out of their compartment and made sure Tony was all ready. The compartment across the hall had a three second year boys in it who agreed to go along with what they said for some chocolate frogs. With that done, she exited that compartment and strolled down to Lupin and Jackie. "Hi Jackie. Professor Lupin! Fancy meeting you here. I was just looking for the snack cart. I think Tony wanted to ask you a question about your class this year. Would you mind coming back to our compartment? It's right down in the next car." She motioned toward where Tony was, hoping everything would work.

Alex nodded. "I'll make sure she gets there. Can't trust Roan with that one. He'd find a way to screw it up for sure." Alex leaned casually on the door to the compartment and watched outside to see when it would be safe to creep down the hall with Andi. Oh the things I do for this girl. She's lucky my parents love her so much.. I'd never do this otherwise.

Jackie gave them an uneasy smile and waved. "Hey guys! Yeah, I was just telling him how much I love his classes. But I'm sure he heard enough babbling from me. I'll just go where I was headed in the first place..." she said, giving them a nod goodbye. As Jackie walked past Laryn, she gave her a small wink and kept on walking. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted Alex with Andi and shook her head slightly. If they got away with this without any punishments, they were extremely lucky. And Jackie was definately going to make sure Roan heard a word from her; the whole quidditch season could be ruined if they were caught with fire whiskey on the train, not to metnion getting drunk ilegally.

Remus arched an eyebrow at all the students assulting him. "Well unless you all have suddenly become a whole lot more interested in class, something's going on that I don't know about." He bent down slightly, til he was eye level with Laryn. "Now what are you not telling me?"
Roan grinned and tapped on Alex's shoulder, an almost manical smile on his face. "I have an idea!" And he pointed towards the window, the smile still on his face. "He definitly wont spot us that way!" And with that, he went to the window to open it, and then he crawled out. "Come on! There are plenty of places we can support ourselves!" He said above the the wind, his hair whipping his face. He grinned again, then dissappeared from view.

"NO! We are not carrying Andi through the window. I will not climb out there and risk hurting her. Aren't you at least a little concerned for her? She really needs to rethink her friends..." Alex scowled at him. "We'll risk going out through there. Laryn said that everthing is in place for a smooth getaway." Great. It sounds like I'm trying to rob Gringotts or something. I'd better not get caught... I'll kill him.

Alnitak squealed, Cygnus looked at his owl. "It won't be long, Al, we'll be at the castle soon, I promise I'll let you out then." The owl glared at him with yellow eyes and total disdain. He turned away from his master.

"Oh Professor, I'm not hiding a thing!" She said, scratching her neck in nervousness. She had to think of something... He wasn't going to fully believe her. After several moments of silence she said, "Oh fine, you've caught me. You know us Ravenclaws love to study, so I've read my text book and Tony and I have gotten into a little argument. I wasn't looking for the snack cart, I was looking for you so you could come with me and prove him wrong." She gave him an apologetic smile, "So will you come with me back to our compartment? Tony's dreadfully stubborn."

Roan popped his head back into the window. "Concerned? Why the heck should I be concerned? Us Quidditch players are mighty good at flying." he said, another grin creeping onto his face. And with that, he let go. A few second later reappeared, pretending to yawn, as if he was doing something he always did... which it is. "Come on! If your any type of Quidditch player, this is like taking a walk!" He flew up, his broom flashing in the sunlight as he circled the train briefly, then flew back down. "Hurry up and hand her to me. Proffessor Lupin could come at any time. Besides, even drunk, Andi can fly" He smiled, remembering last year when Andi had gotten drunk (nothing to do with him for once) and had out raced a Slytherin. That had surprised even him. "The only hard part will be controlling her! Or making sure she doesn't fall off... but hey, the best parts are the hardest!" Roan was getting excited. He loved flying, and the adrenaline that came with it.

"What would you two be arguing about?" Remus said , not showing his annoyance at being held up. "And have you seen Andi anywhere? I can't seem to find her." he said shrewdly, watching Laryn's face carefully.
"Umm, escuse me sir," Anthony said from behind Remus, quickly taking off his disillusion charm. "I believe I saw your daughter a few compartments down. She looked odd, slung up on the back of that boy," he snapped his fingers, as if looking for a name. "Ahh yes! Alex Wood! That was the boy. And next to him was that kid who always has a detention, Roan Kelhoy." He didn't show ho much he hated Roan. Many of those detentions were from pulling pranks on him or hs fellow Slytherins, or starting fights by insulting Slytherins.

Thomas and Charlie both jumped a foot in the air when Anthony appeared behind them. They had been silently listening everything, although periodically Charlie had broken into a burst of whispers. Only half of those whispers were actually understandable though, and Thomas didn't reply.
"I saw Andi earlier Professor." She said, annoyed at this Slytherin prefect for interrupting her. "But she seemed perfectly fine to me. No slinging on backs or anything." How did he know? She hadn't seen him on her walk with Tony, or when she was talking with the group. This certainly couldn't be good. "But can we handle the matter with Tony first?" She racked her brain for something from her DADA book that could be controversial. "He has some issues with the the different lights and how each one affects vampires."

Remus came to a quick decision. "Well why don't we just check out this compartment, and on the way there you can tell me what the problem is." He stopped suddenly, contemplating something. "But why would Tony even care about vampires and lights? He usually is only paying attention in class if we are doing something that doesn't involve books." He nodded to Anthony, implying that he should lead the way.

"Well he doesn't care for books..." Laryn said agreeing. "But you forget who he's dealing with. I got him into a heated debate. I brought up what the book said and he didn't agree, so now we need you to settle this for us." That seemed to make sense to her. Hopefully she could pull everyone into the compartment with Tony and the second years without Lupin checking for Andi first. And hopefully Tony would be smart enough to follow along and not say something stupid. This was getting quite complicated.
