"Yeah, I'll try talking to her when I see her next. Maybe I could help some." Starla shrugged. She was always open to helping people, it made her feel useful, which isn't a feeling she got very often. She'd seen Allison around a lot, never with other people though. All she needs is a friend, right? "So you think she'll be at lunch?"

"Probably. It would be a good thing for her to make a friend. She'll probably be reading or writing." Amity agreed, scuffing a boot on the floor of the hallway.

Sarla nodded, that was usually what Allison was up to during lunch. Starla on the other hand just ate. "We should probably get over there so we don't miss her. You could introduce us and what not." Starla started to walk with Amity down the hallways and before long they were in the Great Hall. "Do you see her over there?" Starla asked. She figured Amity would spot her faster than she could.

"Yea. The one with her head down." Amity said, spotting her sister almost right away. "C'mon." she led Starls through the crowds, and tapped her sister on the shoulder. The other girl jumped and looked up. "Oh. Hi Amity." she said in her quiet, timid voice.
"Hey. This is my friend Starla. She's in your house." Amity said. "Starla, this is my twin sister, Allie."

"Nice to meet you Allie! I guess we've been in the same house for awhile huh? You're always studying though, so I try not to bother you. Maybe you should take a break sometime to have fun. Go outside or something. Can't always be studying now can you?" Starla rambled on. One thing about Starla was that she is very direct and to the point. She'll tell you exactly what she thinks about you without trouble.

Allie blinked. "Yea, I guess..." was all she said. She didn;t mean to study all the time, escept she was shy and she tended to trail off and remain silent even if she talked to people. Maybe Starla would be different? She hoped so.

Starla sat down next to her and started to pile her plate with all sorts of food. She had at least a little portion of everything she liked. Starla ate a lot, but she also excercised to keep of the weight. She went running every morning. "I dunno, I guess taking a break every once in awhile helps clear your mind. Maybe tomorrow morning you could go running with me."

"O-Okay." Allie said. She was happy. Someone was talking to her! And it wasn't adair or Amity. She wasn't the best runner, but at least it wasn't swimming. She hated the water. She didn't even like going anywhere near anything bigger than a glass of it.

"We won't go too far. I usually only run a mile or two in the mornings, and three in the afternoon. You might have to wake up a bit earlier than usual though, I go before most people are up." Starla was an early riser, but she always went to bed fairly early. She was a nut about keeping herself healthy and trim. She couldn't stand eating any sort of sweets unless it was a special occasion.

"No problem." Allie said, finding it a little easier to talk to Starla now. She was an easy person to talk to, she seemed really... well, not strict or pushy or uptight. It made her more comfortable talking to her.

"Sounds good. I definately need a running partener. Keep me motivated ya know? It's hard sometimes to get up out of bed to go run." Starla smiled. Maybe Allie wasn't as talkative as most people, but Starla was confident she could talk enough for the both of them. At least until she started to talk on her own. Starla really didn't have a problem talking though, it was possibly her favorite thing to do.

"Okay." Allie agreed, smiling. She really was pretty when she smiled, she had dimples, and it lit up her entire face. She just didn't smile a whole lot because she had no friends, therefore no one to smile at.

"I'll be sure to get you up. I'll probably be up at about six. Just ot shower and get down there. Any specific time you want me to get you up?" Starla asked her. She didn't want to wake her up too early that she couldn't get out of bed. "You have a really pretty smile by the way. I don't think I've ever seen you smile before."

Allie blushed. "6 is good. I usually get to bed pretty early anyway." her ears felt hot. Oh, God, why did she get embarassed? It wasn't like it was a bad thing. She figured it was just her shyness kicking in.

Starla loved reading more than talking, and if she had a good book she could sit and read all day. She looked p from her food at Allie and saw her turning red. "Oh, I.. sorry. I didn't mean to make you turn red. I just notice things like that."
